We used the float ‘n fly method all day and ha some really good success with it. I caught a handful of fish with my biggest being a +4lb largemouth. Adison caught the biggest fish of the day, a +6lb spot. We used balanced leeches all day and never changed our flies. 10’ 6wts were the name of the game and a decent bass pulls hard on a 6wt
