Jesse Wiggins nails 4–11 smallmouth to win battle at Lucas Oil Cut Line

With about 35 minutes left in the @suzukimarineusa Stage 7 Presented by @BWTrailerHitches Knockout Round, @JamesElamFishing boated a solid Lake Erie smallmouth that might have been enough if not for some seriously dramatic heroics from the likes of Marshall Hughes (who caught four bass for 16-12 in the final seven minutes) and @LucasOilProducts Cut Line darling @JesseWigginsFishing and his buzzer-beating 4-pound, 11-ounce stud smallmouth that earned him the “DING, DING, DING.”

When the dust settled, Wiggins finished the Knockout Round in eighth while Elam was left outside the cut for a 12th-place finish.
