Fishing for BIG Bass at Big Pool | Fort Frederick State Park, Washington County (MD)

Today I fished a new location to the channel! Big Pool, located within Fort Frederick State Park (Washington County, Maryland) is a lake full of BIG Largemouth Bass. Fishing here can be quite tough, especially as the water level drops in the Summer. I finally had some success fishing low and slow for the lethargic fish. Hopping, dragging, and jigging soft plastics along the edge of the bank worked well for me! Comment down below your favorite lure to throw here!
