I hope everyone had an awesome July 4th weekend! We got on the water late Sunday morning around 8:45am. I had a feeling the lake would be slow because of the “no water contact” ordinance in effect at Castaic due to the algae treatment. It turned out to be a great day of fishing with alittle over 40 bites in 4hrs. 2 double ups and of course the wife got the big fish of the day. Majority of the fish were caught on the dropshot with C3 Baits and Roboworms.
