Fishing Skinny Rivers in an Inflatable Kayak | Kristine Fischer Hobie iTrek Angler 12

New November 6, 2026

Join professional kayak angler Kristine Fischer @kristinefischer2289 on the Brazos River in the heart of Texas hill country as she goes back to the basics of river bass fishing. Ditching the fish finders and forward-facing sonar, Kristine demonstrates how a bare-bones kayak setup and simple bait selection can produce massive largemouth bass.

Learn how to navigate shallow, rocky river shoals in the Hobie iTrek Angler 12 Inflatable Pedal Kayak, call up explosive reaction strikes around submerged boulders with walking topwater baits, and skip finesse urchin plastics under heavy bank grass to trigger big river bites.
