Big Changes Coming to The Next Lake 🚤 | New Skeeter, November Trip & 7 Days Update Episode 5

There’s a lot changing around The Next Lake, so this week we’re slowing things down a little and talking about what’s coming next. 🎣🚤

This episode is more of a behind-the-scenes update with some B-roll while we lay out the plans for the next several months.

We talk about our upcoming **November fishing trip**, what we’re hoping to chase, and how that trip fits into the content coming to the channel.

We also have another boat joining The Next Lake — the **Skeeter**. The Kajun isn’t going anywhere, but adding the Skeeter gives us another platform to fish from, work on, upgrade and eventually take to different lakes.

There’s also a major update on the **7 Days • 7 Lakes • 7 States • 7 Largemouth Bass Challenge** coming in 2027. That challenge is getting closer, and we’re starting to move from planning into actually preparing for the trip.

And finally, we talk about what we’re planning to **give away as The Next Lake grows** and how we want to give something back to the people following this journey from the beginning.
