Byron Velvick needs no introduction if you’re a big fan of swimbait fishing, the Bassmasters or Season 6 of the Bachelor! Originally from the west coast, he’s spent a lot of time traveling and competing in bass tournaments across the country and has been living in Texas for quite some time. He has fished saltwater bass with Steve Oliver when he visits the west coast but on this day he hooks and lands his new personal best at 9lbs 7oz which also ends up being a new IGFA All Tackle Length World Record for Barred Sand Bass!
