Why I Prefer Baitcasters Over Spinning Reels

I use baitcasters about 9 times out of 10, but that does not mean spinning reels are bad. They are different tools, and both have situations where they make more sense.

In this video, I explain why I usually choose a baitcaster for bass fishing, including feel, cast control, line size, lure weight, and fishing around heavier cover. I also cover where spinning gear still has the advantage, especially with lighter lures.
