Not every fishing trip goes to plan! 🎣

This time, me and two friends headed out to our usual marks, but with the conditions a bit choppy, the fishing was much slower than we hoped.

We still managed a few fish though — a small bass, a Dover sole and, luckily for me, a nice big smoothound that became the highlight of the session! 😎🎣

Not our best session by a long way, but at least we didn’t blank! 😂
