I Tried EVERYTHING… Just to Catch One Bass

Sometimes fishing after work is relaxing… and sometimes absolutely NOTHING works. 😂

I hit the shoreline for two separate after-work fishing trips, working my way across the rocks and jetties while trying different lures, retrieves, distances, and bottom types. I even had one “giant” hookup that turned out to be a snag, broke off, got pissed, and called it a night.

I came back Friday determined to give it another shot. The fishing was still tough, but I finally managed to land a solid largemouth bass and save the trip!

It wasn’t nonstop action, but that’s real fishing—keep changing things, cover water, and grind until something finally bites.
