Indiana Kayak Fishing: Mongo Topwater Bass! 7/19/26

I Bass fished the Pigeon River near Mongo Indiana using a Whopper Plopper Topwater lure. I was hoping to catch some nice Smallmouth, but it ended up being a Largemouth bite. I had a great day! I also included some video of Curtis Creek Trout Rearing Station. they have a lot of brood stock Brown Trout as well as a good number of large Rainbow Trout that are going to be stocked this fall. Very cool to get up close with all of these Trout!
