This video chronicles an exceptionally successful day of fishing in a 15.5 acre public pond in Boone County, MO. After a string of hot, rainy days, we had a nice mid-70 degree day. Water temps ranged from 84-86. Bass were very aggressive and a goodly number were caught on various lures including (mostly Z-Man) finesse worms, finesse swimbaits and micro finesse lures.
The crappie were scarce, likely laying on the bottom in cooler water.
A bunch of nice bluegill came to hand; they are really good sized in this pond.
In closing, this lake was the “Fave” of the Reaper Team so Lorraine, I know you will enjoy the show!
Thanks for watching and catch ‘ya next time!
