My First Spotted Bass? – Tar River – Rocky Mount, NC

Went to Rocky Mount Mills for the 1st time and fished the Tar River below the dam. I believe I caught my first spotted bass, but I’m not 100% sure. Could it be a Alabama Bass and one of them was blue like a Coosa Bass?
