Summer bass fishing at Canyon Lake, Texas isn’t easy — low water, heat, and pleasure boat traffic make it one of the tougher lakes in the Hill Country this time of year.

In this video I break down four spots I fished, the lures, rod and reel setups, and what the graphs showed me.

Caught a few bass including one solid keeper in 3 feet of water in thick hydrilla just off a main lake point — paddle tail Mr. Twister in green and red flake, early morning before the wind picked up.
