They can be effective if not overused on a particular body of water. Sometimes you can throw them all day in cold water and not get a single hit, then switch to dead sticking a ned rig and Bam!!
I like the blade bait because, at least around my area, you see too many folks using them.
I go to a lake that is deep. kinda right of the bank in most places. Only been there twice but it's on our camping trip list. I'm not usta fishing deep water and was wondering if a blade bait would work around labor day weekend
