  1. Duckett has been inside the top 70 AOY one time. Owner/originator whatever doesn't belong on tour if they cut the field. Same for Klein. He had a great career in BASS but time has caught up with him.

  2. Watched mostly BPT, but after missing1st two days, the rest i started to lose interest, BASS Opens i think was specificallly scripted for Martin to win, and II mean literally by BASS to boost its ratings. The Big O is his home water and this time of year..Duh! I used to be a Martin fan, but no more after his antics with his travel mates the past 2 yrs.. I think they really drug him down to a sophamoric level. NPFL only crossed my mind once but it was already over when I looked.

  3. It would be like MLB or the NFL saying, "hey I I know lets not broadcast the first half or first five innings of every game. Fans will LOVE that". I get saving money but that seems like a poor way to do it IMO. This tournament for me goes to show how FFS changed fishing and I don't want to hear anymore of the FFS crowd chirp that it does not make any difference or help anglers catch fish. It's boring to watch them stare at the dang screen but as you say it's here to stay. Martin caught some tanks in this tournament. The Googan connection aside that I will choose to ignore I really like Martin. He seems like a good fella and probably fun to fish with.
