Where Should the 2nd TAA Bass Fishing Tournament Be Held? NO FFS

The Touring Anglers Association is looking into holding their second non-forward facing sonar tournament soon, but where should they go? Let’s look into some of the things they might have to do and also a few spots that might fit their criteria of spots available for their bass fishing tournament. The TTA is a almost 100 percent payback to the angler tournament, the largest pot tournament out there that is new to the industry, that has started off on fire and making lot of professional fisherman happy with their rules.

  1. Price depends on demand and supply. Every event should have a full field. Price should be set as high as it can be or as low as it must be, to maintain a full field, max payout, and max exposure.

  2. Steve, semi related. FFS is not permitted in MLF Heavy Hitters, on Lake Toho this week. All are using same MLF19 Nitro"s. and electronics. Wheeler and Connell didn't make the knockout round. They are both gifted pro's. But, not having FFS, made them more equal with the rest of the field. Your comments, please.

  3. OH Ivie is in the mddle of NoWhere TX. I doubt cell service would be adequate. Would need something like Starlink. I think a TVA lake like Wheeler or Pickwick..

  4. thanks for the update! had me worried when you basically listed off the states where just about every top level event is held, but I really do like your first and second options that you listed. Both are places that anyone who follows the professional side of bass fishing and youtube has heard of but the Elites/BPT don't go there. Then you lost me again by going back to places that we have just seen, but from their business side of things that might be more feasible because you already know those lakes have the facilities to handle everything and the community support for tournaments. Personally I would like much rather see them go somewhere the big tours don't go, try to shake things up a bit. To me that was the biggest draw of the MLF Cups and I think Season 2 on BPT when they went to a couple of new places. Always cool to see new places instead of the same rotation of 25 lakes from both tours
