Been watching you Nick since I first taught myself how to fish back in 2011 by reading books and watching youtube. Loved your videos with the Professor Q and still love them to this day. Keep up the good work. I recently caught a fat 3lb bass and uploaded a video of it if you wanna see.
Some local near the place I used to camp/fish in Ontario showed me Wacky rigging, but with a floater. I remember buying watermelon/white laminate Yamamoto; and in one bag, caught 12 before all of it were torn up.
15+ years later, Wacky rig is ol reliable when nothing else will work (Edit: even in multi species talk, caught my first pike on a wacky rig. It really does catch almost anything)
What’s up, Nick? Another fun breakdown. Although I occasionally tinker with weightless style Senkos, I primarily fish a 1/16 oz weedless flick-shake style hook. Even dirt shallow in the spring, I feel like I can get bit on that when it slides up under some brush and in front of their faces. I’m kind of a one-trick pony with regard to the terminal tackle and the worm, but it rarely treats me bad!
I ALWAYS have a wacky worm rigged up on deck… ALWAYS…. If I happen to miss a Bass on spinner bait or squarebill for example, I immediately throw a wacky rig over to that spot… Bass will often times come back to that area, thinking they've just killed something out of aggression, and there's your wacky worm playing the victim… p.s. ffs is for losers who can't fish without it…. Cheers
I love the wacky rig so much I rate it a 20 out of 10. Also, here in these bluegill lakes in the northeast, you can’t go wrong with a particular Yamamoto Senko in orange/green pumpkin laminate with red/copper flake.
Thank you for consistently making videos since the beginning of youtube!
Zoom fat finesse has been a good wacky/neko weapon for me in the spring. Gotta use the nail weights so it skips better.
Good afternoon Nick it says this is a 19-hour old video is this a new video and if so how much is that box cost fully loaded
thanks Nick
I like that a lot

Have you tried the new core tackle wacky shot? I bought a bunch, but haven't tried them yet….

A good reminder video, thanks.
