Ken, with this crazy wind, can you explain what your game plan is in conditions like this? Where you're targeting and with what? This wind kicks my butt, I'm better off finding a school of sand bass and playing with them.
I fished RayRob that Sat AM as well. Only put 2 in the boat before that nasty north wind switched and white capped the lake. Ken, can you go talk to Texas fisheries about stocking that lake more. They haven't touched it in years. There are tons of state parks with bank fishers and they remove a lot of fish. It's a quality fishery with bait fish, cover, structure, hard bottom, chunk rocks, and it absolutely kills me how you are either on them or not on that lake. Case in point, last years bassmaster classic saw tons of pro's skunked! One said RayRob is like a country school bus route. You pick one up here, drive miles, pick up another and so on. So true.
The problem with Waterland is they get you guys to pimp the glass lenses, but you guys are the only ones that can get them. IMO, don't advertise what you can't deliver to your average customer.
You’re in Indian creek. About 1000 boats have been in and out of there in the last 2 weeks.
We were catching em on RR about 3-6ft deep with a slow moving swim jig off hard bottom. Water temp was 58 last weekend where we were. Caught 12 total-three really nice ones WAY away from the circus of boats up north. Indian creek, Wolf creek, then Du bois creek (west to east)-A true boat parade right now😉

Particularly difficult lake to decipher, IMO. I truly thought the Elites would put it together last year at the Classic and slam ‘em, proving me a simpleton in the process, but not so much.
