We solved bass fishing's cheating problem!

Great news everyone, now we have a true measuring board that helps everyone understand the difference between a rule infraction and cheating. This measuring board can plot angler actions within a realm of infractions and can render the appropriate punishment. We did it everybody, we solved the cheating problem. Good for us.
