  1. The whole business model of your toxic Lead jig business Is to avoid cost and improve profit by selling a less expensive toxic heavy metal despite the availability of safer & more environmentally responsible alternatives (tungsten, tin, bismuth, steel, etc). . You’re not paying the “$0.50 more for gas” that you preach.

  2. What the hell are you talking about ? Who’s going to roll anything back ? You need to stick to fishing and stay out of politics. No way you can be worried about a man that has already been in office that did nothing you are saying . Biden has been in office 50 years and done nothing but steal tax money .

  3. Coming from a guy that participates with hundreds of others on a single body of water polluting the air and water with your boats and then the impact y'all put on the fish… You're a typical hypocrite

  4. Randy, I have worked full time in the environmental field for 43 years and have a strong background with environmental issues. The Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act regulate what can be discharged or released into the environment. There have been amendments and reauthorizations over the years but never have they increased the amount of pollutants that can be released into the environment. Just because a new administration comes into power doesn’t change what these limits are. If you can prove what you’re saying, show us the regulatory limits for these chemical compounds both before and after. These numbers if anything have gotten more stringent. You are making statements that have no basis in fact and you can’t prove what you’re saying. I continue to work in the environmental field and have been involved in environmental cleanups my entire life and I see no proof of what you’re saying. If you are correct, show us the proof!

  5. I live here in upstate NY.. we fish Onondaga Lake here in Syracuse..it at one time was the most polluted lake in country.. after the company came in cleaned it up .. still not 100%.. its one of one of the best fisheries around ..i fished it over 30 yrs.. clean and do ypur part to keep our waters great….

  6. I noticed you made no mention of toxic Lead, like that which you dig up and sell for profit in your jigs. You spoke of Mercury, but conveniently (and intentionally) left out the other toxic heavy metal Lead, as that’s your golden egg.

  7. You’d have no problem forking over more money ($0.50/gal more for gas) to do the right thing? I call BS. You could do the same thing by incorporating non-toxic metals into your jigs. When’s that going to happen? When are you going to stop polluting our environment with your profit-first toxic Lead jig business? What plans do you have for non-toxics? Give us a break, Randy. At least tell us your plans.

  8. You complaining about this and that and everything else
But than you buy a gas motor not electric motor
Complaint about tournament and than drive your gas powered truck to it
Let me guess your a full democratic

  9. The fight you need to fight is your own, not ours … when will you personally commit to stopping digging toxic Lead out of the earth just to make a buck? The culprit you can lecture to is staring back at you in your vehicle’s rear view mirror.

  10. Your highly informed status obviously is no advantage as it doesn’t correspond to action. You sell toxic Lead jigs … a product that’s about 90% toxic heavy metal. You don’t need legislation to stop doing it. Just stop!

  11. It matters a great deal to me Randy. Our beautiful Tippiecaneo River here in Indiana has the second cleanest river in the state. Due to its route, it passes through many small towns with little or no manufacturing. Now look up the White River in Indiana. Most of it is on the do not eat list. Indiana has a great website that allows you to see where most of the toxins are. But Indiana as a whole has some of the most polluted waters in the USA. Minus the lakes. Most of our glacier lakes are pretty clean. But there are some with high mercury and PCB counts. I always check before going and keeping fish to eat from there. I am an angler, amateur biologist, conservationist and care taker of the lakes, rivers and streams I fish. Yes it is very important to me. Without getting too political, we need to stop the farm runoff of glysophate and factory pollution all in the name of profit. There are many ways of capturing these contaminates before eating them and developing cancer. PCB's Mercury and Farm runoff are the most common where I live. Thank you buddy. Appreciate you taking time to talk about this. Much love, signed an avid fisherman of many species in Indiana. Jason

  12. Randy, what you are saying has been the case since we both grew up in the 1970’s and since then there has been degradation over the long years since. That has nothing directly to do with the new political administration, but your timing makes it seem like you are bracing for the worst and casting blame on the upcoming administration. It’s just the way I am taking it. The points you are making are and have been valid for many years, so keep up caring, but don’t be fooled by news sources into believing the new administration will strip existing environmental protections. In fact, RFKJr. Is a good man to be involved with the environmental issues, so I believe things will improve, instead of get vastly worse. JMHO

  13. Randy I get how you feel and I would love to help you out to better your future. Are you going to have a go fund you account so I can donate money to help you out. Are you going to act on this or what.

  14. The devil rules the world… so even the ones that say their concerned are not ..looking at the money trail will surprise you .. people do not look deep enough.. they can’t see the big waves coming

  15. Randy, you are a Saint and brave to speak the truth when so many want to remain ignorant. I have shared your views for decades as well even though I have no children to pass the earth along to. It just blows my mind that (some/most) of the people who don't care are the ones who have children and even grandchildren. Keep speaking the truth and hopefully people will soon see the effects of the environmental protection rollbacks and take the blinders off. Solidarity brother.

  16. Well Randy That Is What Happens When People Support And Elect Convicted Criminals That Are Greedy That Lie And Cheat People Out Of There Money Now It Is Going To Be a Fee For All For These politicians To Line There Own Pockets Some People Have to Learn The Hard Way Last Time He Wanted To Open Gold Mining And Oil Drilling In One Of The Most Pristine Places In Alaska and for me having Native heritage That is Super Offensive To Me But People Will See For Them Self I HOPE WE CAN RECOVER much respect to You 🪶🪶🪶🪶 STAY CONNECTED As Soon As I Saw The Tile I New Who You Were Going To Talk About

  17. Thanks for being outspoken. Most people are too afraid to stand against the army of rednecks that currently make up the internet landscape. Sub to make up for the losers who are unsubbing over you having a common alternative view to them.

  18. 👊 Article in the paper today ! Pollution sickens thousands in Pakistan! They have to stay inside their houses ! For at least a week ** So you are correct! My opinion!

  19. Randy, I’ve never posted anything on your channel before, whether I agreed with you or not.
But to sit there and cast doom and gloom on everything just because of a change in administrations, is irresponsible. There has been no claims made that drastic deregulation will take place. However, every single government agency needs to be examined to maintain its integrity, accountability and responsibility. There is too much government waste and too much government overreach and it needs to be addressed.

I too believe that people should be more concerned about having a clean and abundant water supply. In my opinion, it’s more important than any of the “climate change” policies that are being pushed today.
There is a difference in deregulation and over regulation, and the EPA is no exception.

  20. Democratic powers actually care about the environment, its that simple people. You can supprot Trump all you want, but it objectively is worse for the environment to have repulican power in office.

  21. I agree with you, these environmental regulations will be relaxed for the love of money and campaign contributions. I am 71 years old as a kid in California we couldn’t see the mountains 10 miles away in the Summer. It hurt to breathe when we went out to play. Yes we have the highest gas prices and environmental regulations but
I can see the mountains and kids can go outside and breathe without it hurting their lungs.

  22. Hey Randy. I actually agree with you on a lot of what you said, but I also find it a bit self righteous. I don't mind paying $0.50 more a gallon for gas, but I also drive a Prius. You say it takes a little sacrifice, and it does, but how many gallons of gas are you burning pulling that new boat of yours around? How many gallons of gas is that boat burning? How many decades have you been doing this? You hate on kayakers and kayak bass fishing, but you're out there burning all this fuel and want to talk about environmentalism. Come on man. I'm pulling my kayak behind a Prius and enjoying my time on the water, and enjoying bass fishing. Maybe the whole bass pro circuit needs to pull it back a little from giant boats with giant engines being pulled by giant SUV's and trucks. I'm not an environmentalist fanatic, but it's nice being on the water when the boats aren't. Just saying. Don't throw stones when you live in a glass house. Take care.

  23. Stop fishing then.
Go sell your boat and go plant trees for a living.
Grab a trash can and go clean your highways.
Go to the beach and clean up……dont go tribal on us.
    Really😅
the American Indians are the true lovers of the land and sustained the environment until their land was taken away.

  24. Another truth bomb ! Randy i really like your tips on fishing and you seem like a nice guy ! From the comments you see why Trump won the election. Very few liberals and alot of pissed off republicans ! If your goning to talk about left wing lies ! You better dust off your criminal justice degree and go back to the CIA or the FBI !

  25. Some of us cant afford to eat pay rent have things its hard to worry about other things than a climate hoax …thats been preached to us for 50 yrs .RFKjr will be the perfect person appointed to help the situation

  26. “If I have to pay 50¢ more for a gallon of gasoline, ….. I’m ok with that”

“Professional bass fishing is an elitist sport. Things cost too much for an average guy to compete”

Talking out of both sides of your mouth.
