  1. Just curious the first fish u caught is a nice fish that was guarding the fry, then u dump it in the live well. What impact do you think landing that fish and moving it to weigh in then obviously the fish will be released eventually will impact that small school of fry?

    In normal fishing conditions you would release the fish and it would return to protect the young. Now it wont / cant.

    Just curious your thoughts on that school of frys survival and if you thing post spawn derbys/ tournaments are bad for future generations of fish.
