Ultra Light Bass Fishing Shallow Creek After Christmas | Catching & Releasing Outdoors With Rocky

Join me, Rocky, on a relaxing post-Christmas fishing trip back on the water after a long hiatus! I’m chasing bass (and whatever bites) in a shallow creek channel using my ultra-light setup with 2-4 lb line and tiny 1/16th or 1/32nd oz shad jigs. Watch as I land and release a few solid pounders hooked deep, test out my new dip net for the first time, and even DIY a weed guard on the jig with dental floss and super glue.No keepers today (need 15 inches!), but plenty of fun twitching that lifelike lure on the bottom. I also hunt for cool rocks and arrowheads along the bank, spot a tame goose, and chat about gear like loop knots and why I returned my Garmin fish finder. If you love light tackle bass fishing, creek adventures, or just getting outdoors in the winter – hit that LIKE button, SUBSCRIBE for more real country outdoor content, and turn on notifications!Timestamps:
