A great day UK Bass fishing in Cornwall with Surface Lures resulting in my biggest bass of 2018.
Just a short session fishing surface lures for Sea Bass. Best lure for Bass today was the Xorus Frosty followed by the Xorus Asturie then the Xorus Patchinko.
How do i catch bass on lures? Most of the bass surface strikes came with a very quick splashy retrieve, normally a slow walk the dog works but not today!

Hi I’ve just moved to Cornwall and I’m hoping to learn to catch bu lure I’ve plenty of soft plastics but I’ve never fished plugs at around £22 a pop do you loose many to snags ? Any advice would be much appreciated

Another great video – I am a freshwater fisherman so good to see and pick up some tips. Not asking for absolute spots but any ideas for bass fishing on the South Coast as it is nearest ….. Chichester / Portsmouth or a bit further either way. Keep 'em coming!

As much as I love the sound of the drag screaming off as much as anyone, I'd have had that drag locked down more, looking at that ground you caught the last fish over ,you could have lost that fish as well as the lure off a bit of reef. Cool video 👍

You gotta love sport of bass fishing. I have 23 this year since end sept. All on soft plastics. Never got a bass on surface lure. Fishing off rock mark cork harbor Ireland. Great video. Subscribed.
That last bass just took it and bolted must be a great adrenaline rush seeing it stripping line like that great underwater footage aswell
