  1. The absolute best Bassmaster tourney I ever watched was the 1990 classic on the James River that Rick Clunn won!!! It was exciting as he applied his experience, knowledge, and wisdom without an over reliance on technology. Simply put, he just fished and found a pattern that allowed him to win.

Now fast forward or back the clock up. Put this kid in that tournament in 1990, without FFS or have the same tournament in August on tje James this year with no FFS and lets see how many pounds this kid catches. He probably would not even make the first cut.

  2. They need to change all the records in awards this was disgusting to watch . 10 over 100lbs gtfo. Serching for big dots with a trolling motor on high. Literally following a bass around for 30 miniutes using 5 lures. Looked like several of um were snagging um.

  3. I hate Live Scope, itโ€™s ruining the sport. I will give it to 19 year old kid, but take that scope away and see what happens? Why doesnโ€™t BassMaster do the right thing? Pros were silenced and didnโ€™t think they be where theyโ€™re at with the Scopers, huge mistake. The only sport you can load up on technology over being athletic with true skill and become a winner.

  4. Lot of respect for his parents .. giving God the glory !! Amen !! God give this young man the talent to do this .. I respect them and him for that ..

  5. Been watching B.A.S.S since the 80s, longer then this kid has been alive, supported BASS and was a member since then… not anymore, tourney fishing has turned to garbage and they know exactly why… Bassmaster do you care that alot of fans are done with you? Probably dont even care…

  6. Obviously all the people saying he couldnโ€™t do it without livescope havenโ€™t done their homework on everything this kid has won before he got to the elites. Including before ffs. Heโ€™s been winning for years.

  7. "Rules Committee members believe the Alabama rig eliminates some of the skill that should be required in tournament competition at the highest level."

Guess you got a new rules committee when it comes to Livescope or getting paid too much money to get rid of it. ๐Ÿ˜‚

  8. Might as well have a tournament in a big aquarium.you can tell they are not biting when you put the bait two inches from their mouth and nothing happens. This is going to get worse as ffs gets really crazy over the next few years and the best video player wins

  9. Lmao all these loser in the comments a replies just hating on livescope just a bunch of sad people who hate cause there stuck in there old ways of thinking this ainโ€™t the 1900s anymore time to start evolving or get left in the past if you donโ€™t like it then donโ€™t watch and shut up already!!

  10. God doesnโ€™t care anything about your idolatry bass tournament I can promise you that.

Thatโ€™s the gOD of this world, thatโ€™s why as soon as you turn on your live scope a blue pyramid appears.

    So deceived, so sad!

  11. Lots of foul hooked fish this tourney. Almost like they throw at where they are on the scope and set when they think they should get a bite. Man times are a changing.

  12. Stop crying and go watch something else. The sport is growing with zero help from the old generation. These young guys are the future, get on board or get left behind, nobody needs the blessing of a bunch of guys who haven won a tournament in over a decade. Your times over.

  13. Good job young man. I'm glad you have this chance to start a wonderful career in fishing. Good luck to you and every young man out there. I'm sorry I won't be able to you continue it. Just like NASCAR killed NASCAR by being in new technology that made watching racing very boring. Now Bassmaster has done the same. ๐Ÿ˜ข ๐ŸŽฎ This has no place in the woods or on a lake.
