Hello all. Just purchased my first kayak a Bonafide SS107. I have not purchased any gear yet other than my paddle and PFD. I will be fishing a rather calm lake and wondered what the minimum equipment I need to land a fish in open water. I notice Chad mention setting up and dropping his power pole. Do you have to anchor to fish from a kayak? I have only stream fished from shore and Iโm not sure what I must have. I know I need to pick up a yak attack net. Lol. And help or suggestions welcome.
