  2. Those are great choices. I prefer Neko rigging over the wacky rig. But I also try to make it look like a bluegill. I use Mega 360 to find the bluegill beds. I target the edges of the bed clusters. The dropshot is my bread and butter rig. I use it year round. I caught 35 bass over 10lbs. More than half of the 35 was caught on dropshot rig. Most anglers in Western North Carolina hate fishing the dropshot rig. I've talked to many people over the years at the dock. I would take a couple of photos of me and the fish. The first question they ask what did you catch it on. As soon as I say dropshot, they go oh. Okay. Dropshot is the most versatile lure setup an angler could have.
