Toledo Bend and the stingy fish. (6th Annual Dylan Poche Memorial Bass Tournament)

What can I say about this event, I’ve never got to fish it because I was always traveling, but glad I got to support a good cause. Everything was setting up to be a slugfest with the weather or so we thought. I think we were about one day early. We struggled up until the last couple of hours but then made a run at it. Ended up turning a bad day into a good one.

  1. Hey Todd , this season seems to be off the charts for stingy fish down south . We were told to ask you for your picks for Chickamauga .
Are you making a video ? Hahaha

  2. For those of you who haven't joined his monthly subscription. This was a vastly scaled down version. We got to see the raw uncut video where we learned about tag teaming on bed fish. Huge, and I mean big learning curve. Was it a long video – yes. Did I learn anything – oh ya.
I'm sure I'm not alone in wanting to see his videos uncut. Guess you'll have to join to get that kind of knowledge.

  3. For sure good day! I was fishing not in tournament north oh the bridge and struggled lots of blown out coves up there but managed one 6.1lb and 3 smaller 1-2 lb bass.

  4. The only thing that has always bothered me about fishing smaller tournaments this time of the year is the cheating that everyone knows happens…… In the back of your mind we all know that you have those people that wait all year just for the spawn, just to cheat in tournaments! How many people do you think keep them when they are hooked outside the mouth? And the ones that flat out snag them to try and win…. We all know it happens. More than we would like to admit. I guess you're always going to have those kind of people anytime money is involved, no matter what you're doing..
