Tiny Swimbaits for early Spring Bass

When your lake has tiny bait fish it’s hard to beat a tiny swimbait.

For small swimbaits I like medium to medium lite action rods.
Tiny swimbaits, I like using a Z-Man finesse shroomz jig head for a little more weight 1/5 oz.

  1. Thanks for the info. We have a small club tournament at Naci this week. We hit it last year at about the same time and small swimbaits and underspins was the ticket. Lots of small fish but none the less a good time. If I see you out there Ill be sure to say hi.

  2. Hello Dalton. This Pete from Elk Grove I talked to you last month about coming to Naci 3/31 to 4/2 for White Bass. Actually today I want to ask you if you sell the the yellow swimbaits for crappie that you make? If so can I buy a couple dozen. Can't wait to here the white bass report for the week I am there. Thanks Pete

  3. Thanks again for another report. When in doubt, throw a swimbait. The swimbait and blade bait (roostertail) are my two favorite baits for that lake. Can't wait to get back out there again. Til then, keep the great reports coming.
