  1. Great video, I'm not stepping on the lure choices but those are last to 2 months ago lures, our winters have been so warm our lakes in ny dont freeze anymore unless you're up by the Canadian border. I'm by oneida lake and the largies spawned a month ago. Oneida lake has been upper 70s for 2 weeks now. It's crazy our winters are like Kentucky now. I never used to be able to fish in March now I'm out in late February lol but the lure selection is spot on just the time is off because of the warm winters

  2. Just got home from pond fishing. Overcast and a front moving in tomorrow. Buzz toad was the ticket! Lost count of how many I caught. Was only there maybe an hour and a half. Your choices for my region (middle) were pretty good.

  3. Solid choices ! Here in Eastern Massachusetts most ponds/lakes are post spawn and bluegill are on beds . Throwing a bluegill color/pattern is the deal . Chatterbait, walking bait , swim jig have been producing well on most ponds . A frog has been killer on the shallower bodies of water that are filling up with pads . Hopefully tomorrow morning this pattern will hold true !! 🍻

  4. All great choices indeed. I'm fishing a horny toad just under the surface, Also I'm going with my vibrating jig, I just love it, and last but not least twitch a original floating Rapala in the next to biggest size and hold on. Thanks for sharing

  5. Those are all good baits Steve. One of the best baits however that should be used especially on smallmouth up here in Washington State where I live would be a drop shot and a wacky rig. Thanks for all the great suggestions!!
