You've never caught a Carp! Caught many in my younger days. I grew up on a major riverwalk. Carp loved to hand out by the water drains and anywhere there was bottom garbage from steam wheels. They were huge and fought extremely hard!

I get followers often. I'm going to try the double twitch of the pole and hope that helps. Usually I slow down the lure or almost stop it but fish dont hit it and just swim away.
