  1. B-Lat.. You always bring me back.
You brought me back to fishing.
You brought me back to the joys of beings a dad.
You brought me back to being a good person, son and father.
I'll keep coming round if you keep bringing me back.
    Thank you.

  2. Brian, I love your energy in everything you do and your kids are going to love the life you’re creating for them and you will be rewarded more and more as they teach you how to teach them. Thank you for sharing your passion, and your family in such an incredible way 🙏👊 May you have a blessed Christmas with your entire family 💯😎

  3. I've never seen a better video, fishing or otherwise. You are the man every father should be. Seeing you with your kids and interacting with them shows the kind of person you are. I know this, time is fleeting. Enjoy every minute you can with your kids. One day you look up, and they are grown with families of their own. Thank you for this reminder of how life should be.

  4. You're a lucky man, and those kids are even luckier. Everything you said in this video is true. As far as being a girl dad (I have two girls, two boys) I'll tell yah, it's really not that much different, biggest difference between mine, the girls are more artistic so we cater to that with them, but they're just as tough, competitive, pig headed and hardworking as the boys are…maybe even more in some cases. The world is tough, we gotta teach em how to thrive. You're off to a great start my friend.

  5. Best video I have seen on any fishing channel. You can feel the pride and honor You have for your family. As a man that has raised 3 children I can tell You that You missed something in this video. You were once that child. I want to say something to the parents that raised You. They raised an excellent example of what a Man and Father is supposed to be. No doubt the pride and love You feel for your children was the exact same as they felt for you. Props to you and the entire B.Lat family. The world is a better place because of families like yours.

  6. Fatherhood, its a totally different institution. There is a "balance" that life falls into without our effort. Raising a young man/woman to be strong and independent AND stiĺl be a responsible and cohesive part of society AND encourage him/her to be courageous and blaze their own trail and enjoy life to the fullest all within itself is the ultimate balancing act. You're doing a great job. Thanks for this video

  7. Man you think being gone 70 days a year is hard try being an Over The Road Trucker. We would love to be home 70 day a year. They are away from home 3 weeks or more at a time. If they get lucky 1 1/2 days off for every week out.

  8. I’ve raised 2 girls and one boy in that order. Teach your girls everything you teach your sons. Especially teach them to fight and bite. We don’t want our daughters going out into the world with boys and men thinking they can do whatever they want to them. They have choices. We don’t want to raise damsels in distress. We want strong females who will knock down doors and whoever gets in their way. But humble and respectful as well. Enjoy them while they are little.

  9. B. Lat, I can relate on having a daughter. I have two and it's just something about a daddy and daughter love, Your sons are special but the girls will usually be daddy's girls, I know both of mine are. But I can tell your a fantastic father. And I really enjoy your videos. God bless B.Lat.

  10. Brian, your kids are lucky to have you. One thing with raising a girl, she sees how you act, and be it good or bad, she will look and choose a husband just like you were to her Mother. She's always looking.

  11. I don't how others feel, but I feel this is the best video you've ever posted. Ironically, it isn't all about fishing. It's about something more….and it's impactful. Thanks for sharing.

  12. Much more than a Fisherman. How about a man….a real man (Husband, Father, Son, ect) who happens to fish! B Lat you are an absolute Rock Star, not for what you do, but for having the courage to share what you do and how you do it!
