This Desert Spillway Had TOO MANY Fish (Unexpected)
Today I went back out in the middle of the desert to fish a hidden spillway that I’ve never fished before. It became clear very quick that this spillway was LOADED to the brim with hungry fish. I couldn’t keep bait in the water it was so active. Arizona desert canal spillway fishing at it’s finest!

Great video Porter! That place looks sick . I bet you will get different species and sizes based on time of year or even time of day there. You should just go grab bait fish from a different spot and go back for the bigger predator fish that should be in there as well. Take some top water lures too like buzz baits or anything noisy and agitating to the small Jed or striped. The bigger units usually attack those baits. Keep up the great work! You’ll hit 100k subs before you know it.

Don’t fish my spot that’s one of my main spots bc I live close to it lmao and those 5 or 6 rocks that are lined up right there was from me and my homie and have been there for like over 2 years maybe 3 lmao. STAY OUT OUR FISHING SPOTS!
P.S its been fished a lot lmao by me and at least 10 other ppl
just be thankful that farmer that lives down the road from that spot has passed away bc he use to kick us out all the time he didn’t like us fishing there even tho we never kept the fish and always put them back and cleaned up after ourselves.
Also it use to be a lot more active like I mean we use to get strippers left and right back to back off worms and I caught a 3+ pound large mouth from that spot and small mouth. Also have caught some pretty decent common carp and I think my biggest grass carp was a 15 pound or a lil bigger right on the back side. Was definitely our favorite spot for a long time but a lot more ppl started fishing it and it died down a good bit
