hey Matt, 3 awesome fairly new techniques for sure that I am sure will catch on more and more. I have not tried the “shot“ wacky yet, but plan to. Since the hook seem very small, I would assume you’re using a smaller worm like Robo, thin senko, etc. With the ball weight on the hook shank, does that hurt the hook up percentage? I assume no, but that’s the first thing that came to mind when I see it. Merry Christmas!
Never heard of the power switch or slash baits in general- but I grabbed a couple packs to give them a go. Good video man.
I’ve spent a couple hundred bucks with Core Tackle. Best money I’ve spent all year! No overstatement. I will stay with Core’s products for hovering as well as swimbaits and whatever else they push out in the future.
The Core tackle rig is too expensive 😂 I thinking about getting Gambler hover rig is cheaper 😂 and they had 2 of the right sizes hook 😮

Tacticalbassin had a hovering video & they brought up core tackle, they said they been using hovering baits for over 10 yrs before FFS, you just made it easier to rig up, I never knew it existed until I saw it on your channel, I guess a tube is rigged somewhat the same way, but it has more of a round end & the weight is not as long! Great job!🎣👍

How will those slashing baits do if you let them hit the bottom or cast and jig them back? If they slash back and forth between contacts with the bottom they should be pretty awesome for flounder. The action you described sounds very good for redfish and trout too.
Hopefully Friday I'll remember to order some more Hover Rigs and TUSH rigs, and I guess I need the new one too. The 1/8 oz Hover Rig has a cool action in a jerk shad but 1/4 oz is the size jig head I use 90 percent of the time so I need Hover Rigs that size, and the TUSH too. I got the wrong sizes. But I really want to try them more and report back to you on my catches so you can advertise for the saltwater. I'd be into helping you sell them to the salty crowd too if we can work it out to be good for everyone.
TacticalBassin just mentioned the hover rig today in a video. So be prepared for sales to sky rocket. 😂

For anyone who wants to know what the shot wacky looks like, just watch me on the ice. Arms flailing and legs kicking around bringing notice from all till I settle on the bottom. Action that triggers much attention. 😅 Just thought I'd paint a little pitcher to bring a smile or two!
