There's No Participation Awards in Bass Fishing (Guntersville)

Went back to where I caught them a few days before but the conditions changed and so did the bite. It was a blue bird day. Slick calm most of the day. Wind blew out of the north latter on. After the early morning bite on tops of bars, off the main creek channel ledges with a chatterbait, we tried some shallow grass along the bank with wacky worms and frogs. Very slow bite in the areas that produced fish days ago. We tried ditches, humps and even boat docks with no luck. Fish may have been just scattered with the calm conditions and we just never came across them. We had to save the day with a few crappie I found while side scanning for bass.
