The Small and Big of Bayside Bass!

The Bayside anglers told me the bass were striking Senko worms rigged Texas style (hooked through the middle) so I decided to try that method. I hadn’t used the middle hook method before and missed multiple fish. You will see the one BIG fish break my line and I hooked an even large one that snapped the line/swivel before the GoPro turned on! (BUMMER). Watermelon/Pumpkin is the color of choice and the bass did strike! I will be using this method more over the coming weeks. Enjoy the video

  1. I think you may have meant a wacky rig!. Texas rig is generally using a bullet weight and a EWG or worm hook that is brought through one end of the worm. Wacky rig is a great way to catch bass and I probably don't use it enough myself. Nice catches for sure!!
