The Neko Rig Saved My Day… Spring Bass Fishing from the Bank (New Hogan Reservoir)

Things are heating up fast here in Northern California. The warming trend is causing all kinds of warmwater fishes to move up to the shallows. I showed up to the lake a little bit late so there was quite a bit of angling pressure already on these early shallow Black Bass. So I ended up shaking a worm for bites today.
