Dobyns fury 702sf is my favorite ned rod for 1/10 oz or lighter. Anything heavier the 703 is what I use.

Best fished from a boat I guess, but it should work from shore too. I caught two grass carp with 6lbs test line on a panfish rod, so this looks doable as long as there is not too much debris in the water.👍👍
