The Most Surprising Experience While Bait Fishing!

My longtime friend and fishing buddy Artie and I are out on Lake Lanier on a January day trying to catch some Herring to use for Striper bait. We are using Sabiki Rigs. We are in 110 feet of water near the dam. You may notice this is Vintage footage! I can’t remember how much this Striper weighed but I think it was 11 or 12 pounds. I was fishing with an ultralight and 4 pound test. it’s amazing it didn’t break that line or just break the hook off the Sabiki Rigs.
