Ready to watch the most realistic fishing video out there? Today I am fishing at a new location, its pouring rain, and you guessed it… The Fish are not biting. I start out fishing with live bait today in hopes of catching some panfish. But this public park doesn’t have any fish! I catch maybe 3 bluegill on live worms. After feeling desperate to catch a good fish, I also try the Texas Rig. But that didn’t do any good either. These are they days they won’t show you, but they do exist. You can’t be catching fish on every cast. #fishing #realistic

I'll be honest, like a lot of other folks, I started out watching a lot of fishing shows on TV as a kid. Then when YouTube came along i had a plethora of fishing channels to watch. Once I started noticing, the selling and promotion of stuff was more important to them than the fishing… not offering legitimate advice to people. Not showing them having trouble catching fish… I knew the shows were rigged at that point. Your channel on the other hand, has been genuine from the beginning! Thank you for that! Appreciate all you do Alex! Keep it Realistic!!!

Boy oh boy I've had only 1 day out of the last 9 days where I've caught fish. It's been dry like nobody's business. 8 of the last 9 days totally skunked. Not fun at all. I'm in a slump right now. Keeping it Realistic!

Went out this past week for about 7 hours, trying to get some catfish, and brought a second pole for whatever would bite. Got 3 tiny bluegill the entire time, and all within 15 minutes. The fishing has not been great at all. Maybe next week they'll be out, because they have to get hungry sometime.
Fishing was tough yesterday. Only a decent sized blue cat and that's it. But I got a new gaming computer to keep me occupied so not all is lost. Hope next week is better. 👍
I have more days like this than days of catching fish! I would be happy just to catch a 4” bluegill! But at least I get to go enjoy a day at the lake and God’s beautiful creation!

6:24 Sadly, I caught worse. One time at Lake Ontario on Easter Weekend of this year, I had two treble hooks for my sardine while aiming for early spring likes. Unfortunately, I accidentally snagged on a nearby abandoned fence, where a lot of fishing line and hooks also got snagged on and snapped. One bobber and two treble hooks twice weren’t so lucky. What’s even worse is that I almost scarred the crap out of my self for being nearly hooked. Thankfully, it did not pierce (let alone, puncture all the way). And yeah, no such luck. Easily one of the worst days of fishings I ever had.

Hey Alex, I found an Ozark Trail reel all tangled up in it's own line and full of sand. I cleaned it up inside and out and I'm gonna pair it with a rod and give it to a buddy that's pretty new to fishing. (if it's not messed up, seems to be ok though) Tough luck you had today but it beats getting skunked. KiR
