It is amazing to witness when they get on the feedbag and push huge piles of bait. And you are so right – they can just keep on moving. Fun times.
Great tip to pair finesse/reaction styles of the same bait. I finally caught on to that maybe last year. I always would catch 1 on the fluke, then nothing. Switch to the hard jerk, and catch-em better. Maybe a video, rat-l-trap and ?…Wacky and ? (got a good idea what you'd pick, lol)
I never used a buzzbait before. Always seen them at the tackle shop but figured they were just another way to waste good money. I see that they can actually catch fish. I stand corrected.

I went out a few days ago and it was 41 degrees out in the sun. Not too windy. Worked a small white chatterbait and ended up catching 3 nice ones in about an hour.
Those were some nice fish! I caught one over 2 pounds about a week ago. That's good for where I fish so I was happy!
What about up here? North in Baltimore😮just last week and for the past month with the cold weather, these fish aren’t biting when you got nine boats coming back into the boat ramp our 2 L pissed off. Something ain’t right.😮 but we went down to North Carolina where the weather is warmer fish are biting, caught one of the biggest bags of the year 28 lbs. 3 oz. big hugs can’t get that in Baltimore Maryland unless you got a rockfish on your plate
