  2. My dad , older brother, and I used to fish the strip mines in central Illinois when I was a boy. Some of the best fishing in untouched waters. Those days are long gone, but not the memories that we made.Tight lines.

My Dad Finally Said Something To About Going Fishing Ty Right Before Christmas He Told Me To Let Him Know The Next Time I Go…It Put A Little Joy Inside My Spirit …Me And My Dad Went Fishing A Lot After My Mom Passed…But My Dad Ended Up Finding Him A New Friend But She Started Have Cancer Problems So My Dads Been Taking Care Of Her..But Its Gotten To Point That Her Son Took Her In With Him So I Guess My Dad Is A Little Sad About That But Now Me My Dad Can Start Back Going Fishing Together This Year I Hope 🤞🏾 I Know The Message In The Beginning Was Intended For Me And People Like Us Who Loves To Fish With Their Dad 💜🎣 Absolutely Love My Guy🫡💜🎣😊

  5. I watch all your videos. Have been for a year and a half or so. My father took his life in 2001. I miss him very bad everyday. Love all the moments and memories. They're all that we get to take with us. I live in Florida and I love fishing culverts and spillways. Those are great videos. The ones with your dad are the best. Thanks for the content keep it coming. All my love to you and yours.

  6. Unfortunately I lost my Dad several years ago. But fondest memories were when he would call from work and tell me to dig worms so we could go fishing when he got home. A quick supper and then off we would go til dark.

    Never knew my father,died mos
    Before i was born. Stepdad was a drunk sob that only took us kids along to get him beers and his fish when he was too smashed to get up so never really had that opportunity. Feel lucky you can and have.

  8. I lost my father at the very young age of 7. Stroke right in front of me. But 1 thing he did before he moved on was give me the love and passion for fishing. I really enjoyed watching you and your dad make an amazing memory. Thanks for sharing it with us.

  9. I called my dad the other day and he said he's not feeling that well, I stopped by to see him and him and my mother are drinking wine at the dinner table and getting groovy, I said I thought you weren't feeling well, he goes yeah at that time but I'm good now …
