The BEST Lures for Fall Bass Fishing!
Hey, it’s Pete Gluszek from Bass University, and today I wanna chat about one of my favorite times of the year – fall! Yeah, I know some folks don’t like it, but hear me out. The water’s still warm, and things are changing. Fish in the fall can be kinda tricky to catch, ’cause they’re all over the place. Like, they come off their beds and go deep, but by August and September, they’re like everywhere, from deep water to dirt on the bank.
But that’s what makes it cool, you know? It’s all about fishin’ what’s in front of you, seizing the moment. And when you see those baitfish start gatherin’ up and migratin’ to the back of creeks, you know it’s game time. It’s not just about water temp, but the length of the day. When those days get shorter, the fish and baitfish go, “Time to move, guys!” So keep an eye out, and when you spot those balls of bait, get ready ’cause the big bass are on the prowl.
And speaking of that, my top three fall techniques are spinnerbaits, shallow crankin’, and flippin’. Just get where the shad are and have a blast tossin’ at the targets in front of you. Get out there and snag yourself some of those fall bass. 🎣🍁🐟
