Todd, I started using them last year when you told me about them, they are great buddy, thank you
I'll definitely give the offset worm hook a try on the drop shot/ power shot. I haven't ever thought about using it. Just always have used a actually drop shot hook which doesn't have that great of a landing ratio iny exsperiance.
100% love the no b.s. mindset – actual on-the-water applications and experiences with the hooks. Have always used Gammys and Trokars but I will def be picking some of these up, especially for the C-rig.
Totally agree! Great hook!
The haymakers are always out of stock on TW, I found another hook almost same as the haymakers on a different tackle site. I've been using this summer. It's had really good hookup ratio way better than a standard ewg
Do you prefer it over a haymaker??
I'll even rig an elastek trd on one and it sinks not only slow but flat level horizontal 2 it's awesome a Texas rigged ned trd weightless that hook is the perfect weight to ratio that I have found
Todd, I appreciate your opinion and I am going to try it out to see if it works for me. Thanks so much
Owner + O'shaughnessy = the best
Always been a fan of the cutting point. Like the XXX heavier wire version at times too.
To thine own self be true Todd 😊👍💯
Only hook they make ! 4 comes through cover way better than 5 though.
Really good stuff thanks Really going to use those hooks watch you all the time great video Thanks Todd
So for the rage bug what would you throw?
I AGREE!! I've been using these for years!!!
Todd, are you now promoting these in hopes to create a 3yr backorder like the Haymakers? 🤣
you got me HOOKED!
Great video! I totally agree and really liked you showing the line tie and hook point, so key.
A year ago you said the Haymaker was the best hook ever. Please do a short video on when you would use each of those two hooks.
Owner hooks great hooks .
I'll give those a try. I prefer offset worm hooks over EWG s when I can so I'm all about it.
Yeah man i completely agree i like throwing the 1/0 through 4/0 extra wide gaps as well… ended up finding a bunch of 4/0 Haymaker hooks at a bait shop somewhere i think it was toledo tackle and bought them out and thats been my flipping hook every since. Great video as always keepem coming brother!!!
Great Hooks!!!
Great video, no need to over complicate things !!!!
Used this exact hook 10 years ago and absolutely loved it. Got away from it for newer and "better" things. Definitely going to put it back in the lineup this year. Would love to see a video on how you rig a flipping tube and what hook you use for it if you still flip a tube
Haymamker 2/0 is great for drop shottinh
I use the same hooks. I prefer a 2/0 for drop shot though.
Todd if I change out my gamakatsu offset round bends for owners, i start missing fish. We are not going put on the🥊's, not letting you off that easy, me beating you up in 30 sec. You got fish with only googan baits for two weeks 😂😂😂
That HAYMAKER IS THE $HITTT
The Haymaker is an awesome hook. If you can get it.
Have you ever had a bass shake the hook out of that swing head connection?
Todd, the most important thing about this hook is you can actually buy it, unlike the Haymaker!!! What happened?
I will definitely try these. Dude get Strike King to make a hybrid hunter magnum, the normal one's are great at catching muskies and a bigger model would kick ass!
Hi Todd, would love to see a hydro wave breakdown video. What’s your favorite sounds, volume level, speaker direction etc..
Thought it was going to be the Hay Maker
Always been my go to Texas rig hook. Then I started mixing in the haymaker depending on the bait thickness till I ran out
I like the Owner shot lock hooks for dropshot baits here in AZ….
