They definitely will eat a green pumpkin shakyhead on any lake in the country. Once you fish a lake so many times, you will learn “special colors”. My 2nd bfl win was on Clarks Hill all on a shakyhead behind my boater throwing a jig. As a Co angler, I don’t play bout my shakyhead setup: ‘24 daiwa Steez sv tw, nrx+893 and 12lb floro, baitcast works for me better
