The Bass Are Coming! Early Spring Bass Fishing for Pre Spawn Bass

Sound the alarm because the bass are coming! But early spring bass fishing for prespawn bass can be tricky. Today I try a wacky rig, and a jerkbait as I try to catch bass at two different spots. Early in the morning, the sky is clear and blue. I catch one small bass on a jerkbait at Skeletor Park. Later in the day the sky becomes overcast and I try something else at a different spot. I get a bite on the wacky rig, but lose the bass in a tree. After switching back to the minnow, I finally catch another bass. The bass are coming, try to catch an early spring prespawn bass! #realistic

  1. Man, it seems like it’s been a while since we’ve heard you catch a “quarter pounder ” . That has got to mean spring is upon us. Great video Alex.

  2. Good too see you're trying different lures and techniques. Sometimes I have a problem of not changing, I get stuck in my ways. Other times I can't keep a lure on long enough to really tell if it's working.
