In this video I take y’all along as I test the Deps Cover Scat soft plastic lure! This lure looks and smells like a piece of poop. It catches fish though! I managed to catch fish by letting it sink straight down and also by fishing it as a topwater lure. The only thing I would have changed is the hook. I was out of 4 ought EWG worm hooks so I used a 3 ought EWG hook instead. The 4 ought would have worked better in my opinion. The lure would have also torn less. Looks like the ultimate TRD. Looks like poop to me hahaha. Well there ya go right off the bat. As fat as it looks you could even go with a 5/0 EWG hook. Does look good on top too. Good stuff Nathan.
You could "walk the dog" with this lure….but to be honest, it looks like something the dog leaves behind on it's walk! 😂🤣😂
