Hey Nattie. Have to say I always had trouble with the frogs missing the hook. All kinds of hits but few catches. The hooks are tight to the frog body, which gets them through the weed very well but not great for the hook set.
Found the rubber worms better to drag through the lilly pads or land on top and gently slide them into the water. Being an old guy, your vids are like fishing with a daughter, great fun. My daughter wasn't interested…. but…..my granddaughter seems to be so will be taking her out soon.
Took 3 boys out in my Michi-Craft aluminum canoe 17' back in 90's. I was at stern paddling and warm summer evening, no breeze, cloudy. Fish were hitting on a narrow but long pond. Boys got excited and all three were simultaneously casting lined up in a row in the canoe.
Everyone caught some fish, even me – and – Not One Tangle. WHO SAYS MIRACLES DON'T HAPPEN!

I’ve tried those hollow bodied frogs for , I found the hook up rate to be poor for pike , however I found the heddon mossboss weedless spoon to be good for pike and chub

Man that bass jumped pretty big for that frog , sucks it missed it . Need my coffee to kick in first at the start of the day too do understand that lol You got a few really nice fat healthy Large mouth freaking awesome day fishing .That little one near the end was very dark . Lol Even got a little bluegill lol Last one was a nice fatty too dang your were on them .
