Summer Trout Fishing at Lake Almanor – Where The Fish Were Hiding

If you’re struggling to find trout during hot summer conditions, this Lake Almanor fishing trip is proof that changing locations can completely turn your day around. We set out targeting rainbow trout, but unseasonably warm weather made the bite much tougher than expected.
