Welcome back to a good old day of peacock bass fishing in Miami, FL today I decided to buy some live shiners and hit the canals for some peacock bass. First spot I pull up to looks very good and with ease becomes the only spot to produce, first cast I lose my first fish… which was my fault I did not hook set properly so he just got off the hook. Second fish is a monster peacock bass that by far for this spot is my PB…. after I catch a few smaller peas in the area and decide to call it a day.
